Hi Roger,

Depending on your department’s operating guidelines, you may consider charging the responsible parties under Section 30 of the FPPA for failing to comply with an Order (there are more options after this if they still haven’t complied). There is also the option of a Compliance Order from the Superior Court under Section 32 but this could be a lengthy and costly process.
You have up to one year from when you became aware of the offences to lay charges so you could also make a final push to have them comply.
Your goal is compliance so use any of the tools available to you when needed.
