Does anyone have a policy or procedure to deal with special occasion permits? The application process only requires that the holder notify the municipality, fire & police in writing for outdoor events and that they should retain copies of these letters as they may be required to submit them with their application. The building department must be notified if a tent, marquee, pavilion or tiered seating is used.
