Electronic devices used for inspections

I am currently looking for information on different devices departments use while conducting inspections.
If you are using an electronic device could you provide me with the following information:
Type of device (iPad, tablet, etc)
Type of software used and cost
Success/failure
How long used

If I receive a large amount of responses, I’ll put together a spreadsheet and share it on the Forum.
