Tuesday it’s K-3 and home fire escape plans. Wednesday a condo board wants to know about EVs in the parking garage.

Brian Mcbain, ULC Senior Codes and Regulatory Services Representative, will be speaking to us about the smoke alarm requirements in Ontario.

Objectives:
The participants will be able to:
– Describe the smoke alarm requirements in the both the Ontario Building and Fire Code.
– Explain the smoke alarm installation and maintenance requirements as described in the ULC Standards
