    Hi Kevin

    Thank you for your input. Unfortunately we were not involved in the issuance of the business license. For future reference could we classify that kind of occupancy as a Group F div. 2 which would prohibit Group C combination? I initially thought of OFC 2.1.3 but how can I classify E-bike as High hazard industrial. As far as my as I know I could ask for a minimum of 2h fire separation between adjoining unit while using occupancy classification E and Group C.
    Absolutely owner education and code enforcement will take place in future with those type of business.
