I agree with Darren. Low cost to maintain. Companies up sell with H tests and new replacements. I don’t agree with removing them. Crews will use them from time to time, especially smaller fires when it’s faster to deploy the cabinet hose. If anything the cabinet hose is a back up or secondary line.
