Hi Brent, I would rely on the information both presented by the person(s) you are dealing with (did they identify self as owner, present a business license, liquor license etc indicating ‘owner’ information) and as per municipal tax roll. If pursuing charges, then would do both a Corporation Profile Report (if corporation involved) and a title search.
