The Canadian Home Fire Sprinkler Coalition (CHFSC) has just recently launched itā€™s new websiteĀ https://homefiresprinklercanada.ca/. This site isĀ an educational centre for anyone to visit for factual and unbiased information on residential fire sprinklers.

The site covers everything from a ā€˜Quick Guideā€™ overview section through to sections for the fire service, homebuilders and other professionals (e.g. real estate, insurance, and building and water officials).

In celebration and recognition of this milestone event, the CHFCS will be providingĀ 10 – $1000 StipendsĀ to Fire Departments that want to conduct live home fire sprinkler demonstrations.

At this time there is no deadline for the stipends to be allocated, but there is a requirement that any money dispersed should be spent by the end of 2017. So, it goes without sayingā€¦ the earlier applications are received, the better chances that all the money will get allocated and used within the expected time frame.

To apply simply open up the attached .html link and follow the instructionsā€¦
Good luck with your applications and please feel free to share with anyone you think may be interested.
