Good afternoon everyone.

At this time we’re communicating more and more electronically as our ability to meet in person is reduced or in several instances is just not possible.

We’d like to ensure we’re reaching everyone.  We use our Membership Directory https://omfpoa.com/member-directory/ to export Members by Chapter in order for the Chapter and Provincial Executives to communicate with each person involved in Fire Prevention in the Province.

You also have the ability to export the Members by Department https://omfpoa.com/member-directory/ to see if we’re missing anyone on your team or perhaps you’ve had a member retire, move or advance.

We encourage all departments to review their department list and ask all of those members of your team involved with Fire Prevention (Fire Prevention Officers, Public Educators, Fire Investigators, Plans Examiners, Corporate Communications, Administrative Support and City Solicitors, anyone who fulfills a role) to review and update their profile or to complete an active member registration https://omfpoa.com/join-now/ and complete their profile.

This will ensure everyone receives timely communications and it assists us in building a profile of persons in the Fire Prevention realm accross the Province.  We currently have 880 members and are growing daily.  There’s no cost to individuals as it’s included in the annual department registration fee.

Thanks,  if you have any questions let us know, we’re here to help!

Warmest wishes and stay safe….
