The Home Fire Sprinkler Coalition Canada provides tools (and money!) for fire departments to educate homeowners, buyers, builders, developers, councillors, planners and other municipal officials about the benefits of home fire sprinklers. All the resources – from virtual reality to side-by-side burn demonstration guidelines – are free and easy to access.

Presenter Information:

Laura King is the NFPA’s regional director for Canada. Laura was a reporter and editor for newspapers and magazines across Canada and the United States before joining NFPA in 2017. She is from Cape Breton and now lives in the Greater Toronto Area.
