The Fire Marshalâs Public Fire Safety Council is excited to partner with the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). One of the first items in the partnership is attending the January 15 at the Connor McDavid âOHL Top Prospectâ Game and having a Kiosk set up. We have invited Brantford Fire to attend the kiosk and discuss fire and co safety with the attendees.
Even better news is that the Brantford Bulldogs Foundation has chosen the FMPFSC to receive the charity portion of their 50/50 Draw that night. We have decided that every dollar we raise will be given back to the local fire services of: Brantford Fire Department, County of Brant Fire Rescue and Six nations Fire Service in the form of public education items.
Join us Wednesday, January 15 at the Connor McDavid âOHL Top Prospectâ Game for an unforgettable night! The Brantford Fire Department will be there, giving away the FMPFSC hockey pucks that include the fire safety messaging below.
- Practise your home fire escape plan
- Test your smoke alarms
- Test co alarms
You donât need to attend the game to support this great cause, anyone in Ontario can participate and win in the 50/50 Draw! Whether youâre at the game or not, you can purchase tickets to support these departments at www.bulldogs5050.com.
Help us raise as much as we can so the local fire departments in the Brantford area come out as the true winners of this awesome initiative put forth by the Brantford Bulldogs and the FMPFSC.
Tickets are Available now until the start of the 3rd period of the Jan. 15th game.
