New forms for Orders issued under the FPPA have been added to our “members only” area under My Account/Inspection & Enforcement/OFMEM Enforcement Documents. There you will find English and French templates in Microsoft Word format: Inspection Order; Order to Close and Order to Pay Costs. All templates are accessible and AODA compliant.

The OFMEM will be issuing a Communique shortly to introduce these documents. The OMFPOA was pleased to have the opportunity to provide input through our representation on the OAFC Fire Prevention Committee and with the OFMEM.
