Hello Andrew, our vulnerable occupancies have painted the doors which exit certain wings. I believe the technical advisory committee from the OFM has addressed the murals in the past, with certain restrictions. Obviously all staff members must be aware of these doors, the paint must meet flame spread rating, and lastly the fire safety plan must address this issue. Also be aware of painted hinges and door hardware as it can and will affect the operation.
