I will typically do the corporate search along with municipal tax roll and MPAC information for owner prior to issuing orders.
In a lot of cases, the building is owned by someone other than the person in “care and control” so I want to make sure the owner of the building is also being issued the same orders as the tenant or lessee as the case may be.
