Sharing an update from last year that we have received a couple of questions about.

The Long-Term Care Homes Act, 2007 was repealed on April 11, 2022 which created an issue with the application of Clause 9.4.1.1.(1)(b). Fire Code amendment 319/22 was passed around the same time and replaced the repealed Act with the new statute related to long term care homes: Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2022.
