CASA is excited to be hosting our 2023 CASA Annual Conference in our Nations Capital, Ottawa ON from Sunday June 25^th through Tuesday June 27^th. Each year the Canadian Fire Sprinkler Industry comes together to celebrate our industry, discuss industry concerns, learn about new technologies, and continue to build friendship and comradery in our industry.  This year is shaping up to be one of our best CASA Annual Conferences ever.  We are excited to announce that we have expanded our CASA Trade Show on Tuesday June 27^th and increased the amount of guest speakers as well on Tuesday June 27^th.  We would like to encourage and invite all the OMFPOA members to attend this year’s CASA Annual Conference. FREE “Day Pass” / Fire Sprinkler Symposium – Registration Now Open!

If your time is limited and your unable to attend our 2023 CASA Annual Conference in its entirety, we hope that you can join us on the morning of Tuesday June 27th and take advantage or our FREE “DAY PASS” Access to the CASA Annual Conference.  This will allow you to attend and walk the CASA Trade Show between 9:00am-1:00pm EST and attend any of the scheduled guest speaker presentations on Tuesday Morning.

The Trade Show will provide an excellent opportunity where you can interact with the leading Canadian Fire Sprinkler Manufacturers / Suppliers to learn about new products in the Canadian Fire Sprinkler marketplace, as well as ask any technical questions or gather more information on a wide range of fire sprinkler products and services.  The Guest Speakers is comprised of Technical Experts who will discuss and provide an update on some of the key technical issues facing the Canadian Fire Sprinkler Industry, and Business Experts who will speak on some key Business Topics to help ensure that your business is following the current trends and best practices. At the conclusion of the Tuesday morning program why not register to attend the CASA Fire Sprinkler Symposium “Update on NFPA Standards -2019 Version”.  The 2020 National Building Code of Canada now references many of the 2019 NFPA Technical Standards, and many Provinces across Canada are in the process of or will be adopting the 2020 National Building Code in the coming year.  This program will review and highlight the technical and editorial changes between the 2019 Versions of the NFPA 13, NFPA 13R, & NFPA 13D, NFPA 14 and NFPA 20 compared to the older referenced standards. Stay up to date and learn the key technical changes in these reference standards, so that you and your team can properly design, install and enforce the new NFPA requirements in the National Building and Fire Code of Canada.

The CASA Annual Conference and Fire Sprinkler Symposium will be hosted at The Westin Ottawa Hotel and is conveniently located near the Rideau Canal across from the Parliament buildings and close to ByWard Market, Sparks Street, and many local attractions.  The Westin is connected to the Shaw Convention Centre and the Rideau Shopping Centre so there is lots to do in this Historic City.   We hope to see you on Tuesday June 27th!
