    Hello Andrew, we have a nursing home/care that have used paint to create elaborate bookshelves and paneling on an exit. All staff and FF are aware and we had incorporated into the fire plan. It has solved the problem of occupants activating alarms and wondering to another zone in this facility.

    Robert,
    just a thought.
    If the agreement to complete is a matter of court records or speaks to fines at that time etc. well done!
    you may consider laying charges for individual part 3 offenses.

    Thanx Jeff, we agree with all. Our spin to this was the potential fees for services for no shows or delays etc. for their availability.

    more and more FDs are looking re-recoup $$.

    There is another good article in the CFAA Journal (May 2014) written by Paul Jewett from Mircom where he speaks to sensitivity testing and recording readings etc.
