I am trying to find out if anyone else has had this situation and what they did to rectify it:

      Scenario:

Local business charged (numbered company x 2 and director x 2) with Fail to Comply with Inspection Order
Guilty pleas from both (Fines to company – suspended sentence to director)
Inspection Orders were not complied with when guilty pleas were entered
Owner agreed to be in compliance by end of April
Inspection Orders have not been complied with

      Question is:
What is our next step? Or steps?
I don’t believe I can charge for the same Inspection Orders, If I write new inspection orders it is guaranteed that they will be appealed, to buy time, and then what happens with the still outstanding Inspection Orders?

Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated, I have also asked OFMEM, but have not received a response as of yet.
      Thanks!
