      The recent release of the CO Legislation may have everyone flipping through the pages to get to the CO documentation. Please have a look at the revised smoke alarm articles as there are a few huge changes…6.3.3.5. – 6.3.3.8. is new! Finally some teeth to charge both the landlord and tenant…a public education opportunity to inform the public that new responsibilities is upon them.
