Hey there. Wondering if anyone else has been having concerns with the use of wood burning cooking appliances in their municipalities. I know the Code allows for open-air burning for cooking, my concern is that some of these appliances require upwards of 30-40 minutes of burning, if not more, before their desired temperatures are reached without any form of spark arrestor.

      Thoughts??

im assuming this is outdoor? are these appliances listed for cooking? if they are listed, its not much different than say a charcoal bbq, or a wood pellet smoker, they still reach high temps.
