After a few years, our department went away from using Firehouse and then to FirePro 2 for inspection records. We have not been offered much support for FP2 and as such don’t use it. Is anyone using anything different and if so, how is the support for the program you use. We want something that we utilize while doing inspections and that reports can be sent immediately as what Firehouse does.

Dean,
North Bay has purchased crisys and are moving away from an inhouse program that worked just fine however doesn’t intergrade with dispatch and suppression. Crisys is comprehensive to say the least. The verdict is pending on service and usability.
