| As most of you know, on September 28, 2023, the Office of the Fire Marshal (OFM) will be hosting its inaugural Test Your Smoke Alarm Day. The goal of this day is to promote the significance of having working smoke alarms in all residences.
To support communities with this important initiative, the OFM will be hosting two virtual community planning town hall sessions. These sessions are designed to provide guidance on how to participate in Test Your Smoke Alarm Day in your community, answer any questions that departments have as they consider events, and offer support along the way.
