      The OBC, Div.B Sentence 3.2.5.7.(2) requires hydrants to be located within 90 m horizontally of any portion of a building that is required to face a street in Subsection 3.2.2. The question is: For a new building, would a hydrant located within the 90 metres on the other side of a 4 lane main arterial roadway with a centre median, be considered to meet this requirement? I would be interested in opinions.
