      Good afternoon,

      I was wondering if anyone has encountered restaurants starting to use ‘air-fryer’ style ovens that are self contained? If so is your department requiring them to be protected with any provisions of NFPA 96? What about panini presses?

      Any feedback is greatly appreciated. First time we’re seeing the air-fryer ovens here.
