  I have seen a chart before that outlines the requirements for smoke alarms based on the year of construction…ie. built in 1970 it will have all battery-powered alarms; built in 1980’s it will have hard-wired on bedroom level, and battery elsewhere, etc. Does anyone know where I can find it??
