ParticipantGood morning Everyone,
I was wondering who within your departments is responsible for signing off on alternative solutions that are submitted either under the Ontario Fire Code or Ontario Building Code?
Is it Chief? Deputy Chief? CFPO? FPO?
If possible please email btrendle@niagarafalls.ca to advise.
Thanks!

KeymasterHey Ben,
We have been delegated for most “chief fire official” items in the Code, but Alternative Solutions are signed by the Chief.
Hope your summer is going well!
