Greetings,

Further to my previous comments, I contacted a “game room” in the GTA and they stated they have a staff member with a escape key on their person. I would accept no less than panic hardware to provide egress for anyone rather than a dependence on a person with a key.
Sounds like Planning and Building should be involved once application has been made for this type of occupancy.
