Good morning, I use a note pad to take notes during my inspections and then transfer my notes in a duty book. I don’t transfer my notes on the computer but it might be something I will start in the new year as we use FirePro and it has that ability. As far as the suppression crews, all officers are issued duty books to keep notes of their activity on calls. IN the new year, all firefighters will be issued a duty books.
